03The bounty

Custody
Between the deposit and the verdict the bounty sits in the Suborn contract, not in the operator’s wallet.
Withdrawal
The operator can take the bounty back once the window has expired, and only once it has expired.
No emergency function
There is no call that releases the bounty early, for anyone, including us.
No proxy
The code holding the bounty is the code that was audited. It cannot be swapped.
